I have started taking daily vitimins and iron a while ago
and i am still completely tired
i go to bed at 9 or 9:30, and whatever time i wake up the next day i'm still really tired.
My GCSE's are starting to suffer because of this.
Around my vagina area is starting to hurt (maybe thats my period coming)
Underneath my chest area it throbbs/aches
and yeah i don't know whats wrong with me
anyone have any ideas?
my mum thinks it could be celiac,diabetes or thyroid

It is very possible that one of the things that you have going on could be a thyroid problem but the only way to know for sure is to see your dr to have them evaluate what is going on.

I don't think the vitamins are the cause, she used the word STILL, so from that we can assume this has been going on prior to the vitamin usage.

First thing I would do is stop taking the vitamins if that is when your symptoms first started. Also, I would make an appointment with my Dr. right off the bat.
Whenever our body "acts up" it's trying to tell us something. We need to listen...

I'd lean more towards a thyroid problem. Go to a doctor though.

Synthetic vitamins will do that to you. Stop taking them and look up food based supplements.
