I agree with u.
A two party system is more convenient, efficient, organised & less corrupt.
India's multi party system really makes it all look complicated & confusing for no good.People keep changing parties & if somebody strong within the party isn't happy with its agenda they split & form a new party. All this disagreements among so many parties makes our system slow & inefficient.

A two party system creates politicians who try to match more to the central view of their particular parties dogma, instead of actually trying to find a middle ground that all people can agree on. The two party system is much more divisive than it is anything else. Ask the majority of americans during a presidential election, and they will tell you that they are voting for the lesser of two evils. That is probably the most telling, and depressing thing of all. You mention too many cooks in the kitchen, which is fair. But imagine two cooks, who can never, EVER agree on any particular way of cooking the meal. One says do this, the other says cooking that way makes them less of a cook. And if you cook that way then you're discriminating against the other way of cooking. At least you're getting a meal.

I will simply address the main part of your question. America actually has many parties; our system is called "two party" primarily because we have two main parties. You might recall that Ross Perot's candidacy in 1992 probably cost George H.W. Bush the presidency. There have been a few times in American politics when third parties played a tremendous role, i.e. Teddy Roosevelt's Bull Moose Party.
Considering America's presidential system with representive republican democracy, the two-party system works quite well. Bringing too many other parties into the fold too often would result in turmoil.

It is asystem formed long back, and it is corrupted like anything, just in a day we can not change the thing. All the people should have the same mind to elect one people to have a majority parliament, and at that time some President, should change the two party system pariliamant.Do you think it is possible now.

There are in fact more than two party's in the US..but for some reason republican and democrat, have become the parties that matter...remember within these two parties you have moderate, conservative and liberal etc..
In Europe for example there are countries with dozens, and a party that has gotten 1% of the vote can keep a debate open endlessly serving only their personal politic and not the good of their country !

The multi party system is the result of selfish politicians own priorities.
The number of parties will decrease when national interests take precedence. Then there will be fewer parties (two or three) polarising on different ideologies.
That is a healthy sign..

Be grateful for the diversity you have. A two party system tends to produce centrist policies that are virtually indistinguishable.
