I know how to make the pasta dough, just need help on the spinach part. then, what's the best way to dry it? Will it stay fresh long enough for me to send it in the mail?

ok so my laptop just recently had an huge error and i had to do a pc recovery and completly restored it back to when i got it. Ok so i have a wireless network set up. I found the network i wanted to connect to from my laptop, entered the password to connect to it and hit connect, it seems to wanted to connect to it but it says "acquiring network address" and it just sits there and doesnt do anything, i literally left it for an hour and nothing. The signal strength is excellent so its not anything with the signal, i think its because the laptop is like new since i pc recovered and something may have been removed or messed up. Sorry if this isnt the best of information but im not very good with computers, and some professional set up my wireless network so i dont think its a problem with the host computer just with my laptop, any ideas on how to fix this? it was working fine before i pc recovered. I use a netgear router by the way. PLZ HELP!

without sounding childish. First off, how can you tell if you truly love someone or if they truly love you. I mean if the sexual aspect is over for years, but both you and the person still keep in constant contact without any mention of sex, is that love or just the fact that the two of you had a history? A friend lost 95lb**3 Day Diet

Day 1

Breakfast- ½ grapefruit, 1 teaspoon peanut butter, 1 slice toast
*Lunch- ½ cup tuna, 1 slice toast
Supper- 3oz any meat, 1 cup greens, 1 cup carrots, 1 small apple, I cup vanilla ice cream

Day 2

Breakfast- ½ banana, 1 slice toast, 1 boiled egg (for protein)
*Lunch- 1 cup tuna or cottage cheese, 5 saltine crakers
Supper- 3oz any meat, ½ cup carrots, 1 cup broccoli, ½ banana, ½ cup vanilla ice cream

Day 3

Breakfast- 1 slice cheddar cheese, 5 saltine crackers, 1 small apple
Lunch- 1 boiled egg, 1 slice toast
*Supper- 1 cup tuna, ½ cantaloupe or watermelon, ½ cup carrots, ½ cup cauliflower, ½ cup vanilla ice cream


* may substitute for chicken
** follow this diet for 3 consecutive days, then stop for 4 days. You may eat anything you want in those 4 days, but in moderation. Only do this diet 3 weeks in a month’s time. Exercise at least 3 times a week, more the better. Good luck!

I read probably from my book about thunderstorms that they are partially or completely responsible for replenishing the electricity to earth which is lost due to the earth's charge loss. I would like to understand the entire cycle first at a basic level. How is this planet supplied with electricity and what are some/all of the replenishing processes?
