nope, i take the batteries out and wait... swap them around... then pop it back in, and it last a few more days.

I always keep spare batteries in the bedside drawer.

put cooking oil in them.but take them out the remote first

I actually swear at it when its slow. Sometimes i like to throw it across the room but come i'm older. I don't.

or slap it on the kneecap. its a sure bet to get that last bit of juice out of those batteries.
