Have you ever been so annoyed with your family that you have just picked up the keys and walked out for a few hours?
I did it yesterday and my hubby is still po'd at me.
I was only gone an hour.

yes sometimes its better to walk away than loose it, I even sent my wife to a hotel for the night you know room service and all that ,we all need a break sometimes.

well yes and i never came back.but that was years ago.you can only take so much in that you just need sometime alone.i am now single and my son and i live in our own home.my ex and i are friends.but during that time.it was one of those.just like you said,annoyed but mine was much deeper than what your going through.so good for you.it teaches them a lesson.i bet you he was scared to death.his probably pacing back and fort wondering wethere your coming back or not.you needed that.

I think you probably did the right thing. Remove yourself when you feel like your going to lose control. Just think of the abusive episodes that wouldn't be carried out if everyone just went out to cool down awhile.

That's 1 reason I don't have a wife & kids, I couldn't handle them, but If I wanna see kids, I got nieces & nephews.

yes I have done that..you just have one of those days that you have go becouse something happend..need some alone time once in a while or you'll go nuts..been there

Yes, but I took my baby with me. It was my partner that was bugging me about something that didn't even matter!
