i have spots of really dry skin on my face?

there dry and flaky when i put makeup on them it looks worse what should i do

Try cleansing your face with the Olay cleansing cloths and
then use a good moisturizer. It works for me.

Check the way you sleep.You may be blocking the blood circulation to those dry areas, thus preventing the cells from getting moisture and nutrition.

Find a very good moisturizing face lotion. and try to take a break from makeup so that it can heal. :)
