with the company for a longer peroid of time than me. I have a lot of education, but I am very young. Obviously, I have proved myself time and time again at this company. Do have any tips that will make me feel more confident when addressing employee problems and getting the employees to follow my rules. Any suggestions on how to be a good supervisor would be helpful. Thank you...

My hubby likes the name Olivia, which I like as well but I prefer it as Alyvia (now that I showed him the spelling he likes that better as well)

Do you think Alyvia Ann works? Or Alyvia Marie? or Alyvia Ann Marie? (Ann is both our mothers middle name, as well as my grandmothers, and Marie is his grandmothers)

Thanks for your input! I understand spelling names differently can be confusing but I don't think this one is too out there, but im open to opinions

I know a professor of mathematics & I have recently found out that he is a real case of plgiarism. After spending a lot of time I just succeeded to proove that 2 of his papers are in fact 100% copying from others while he has more than 40 of them & I am almost sure that most of his works are so too.Since he changes the name & the order of theorems in a professional way & since he is getting promoted in a near future,I really appreciate it if you could tell me how to proove his fault at a fraction of time? Thank you very much for reading this.

I love this man I am with and he loves me. He has asked me to marry him but he wants to move to Costa Rica. I have said yes, and I don't regret saying yes. I am happy with my decision, I can't wait to go. I just want to know some people's opinion.
He is a wonderful man. He says he is very happy with me and all. Also, I am not a stranger to the spanish language, so that will not be a problem.
Would you run off to a foreign country to be with the one you love and leave your family behind.

Oh yeah, my family and I aren't very close.

I have noticed on here a lot that people seem to assume that when a person becomes a Christian, they are no longer able to have fun.
There really are not a lot of rules, it's not like we can't go surfing or skydiving, or go to a concert. We can do all sorts of things, just like anyone else.
I believe God is not crazy about people doing things that involve a lose of mind or body control. Like getting high or drunk.

You know, like were the size of an atom and were actually just like floating through a giant human body. There was a Simpsons couch gag that played on this theory in 1997. Anyone else know anything about it?

Why arent MLB games played in the morning...lets say like a 10:30 or 11 am game ? They're always in the afternoon and night and best times of all is a 110 and a 710 start ...the late 8pm or the mid afternoon( 3 - 4 PM ) starts arent that good. But anyways.. why do MLB games never have morning start times?

my best friend jimmy was in a car accident The other night, and I was supposed to be riding with him, but instead I got a ride from Justin a little bit earlier. When I got home I called back over there, and found out he got into a car accident, we went to see the car yesterday and the entire passangers side was under the dash and turned to the left. If there was anyone there they would have deffinitly have died. Ive had a lot of similar experiences, getting away from bad situations before they happen. Just good luck or a guardian angel?

Why don't we let 12 million incarcerated Amercan Citizens pay a $5000 dollar fine and be pardoned? Only non-violent offenders of course. It would put 12 million people in the market for a job. It would ease the burden on the prison system. It would be helpng American Citizens, not helping illegal immigrants.

Do you enjoy watching ‘Old-School’ NBA, meaning 1960s to early 1990’s, more than Today’s NBA? Especially the NBA’s Golden Age, 1980’s to early 1990’s?

Let’s reminisce…

Do you prefer the ‘Old-School’ Superstars, such as Dr. J, Iceman, Air Jordan, Showtime, Human Highlight Reel etc., over Kobe, T-Mac, Carter, Iverson and LeBron?

Do you favour the bitter ‘Old-School’ rivalries of the past, like the Celtics-Lakers, Bulls-Pistons and Jordan-Isiah, better than any rivalry today?

Do you like the dynasties of the past like the Celtics, Bulls? Today there are Umm… No dynasties anymore.

Why?

Is it because ‘Old-School’ players played for glory, honor and respect rather than money? Is it because they are more fundamentally-sound, skill-wise? Is it because they understood that basketball was a team sport?
