suicide is permanent...problems pass.....
no matter how bad they are...eventually things get better....
i have been raped, had three miscarriages, been divorced twice......been in miserable marriages twice...... always it seemed as though things would "never get better" and that i was "better off dead"
but i am so glad now that those suicide attempts failed....
i have a good life now.....

Part of the problem, I think, is that the solution is different for almost every person. I kept looking for an answer that had a series of steps that I could follow to find peace and happiness, and I don't think that one exists.
I went to my pastor for help, counselling, read every self-help book I could find...I think that for me, the answer was surrounding myself with people who lifted me up instead of dragging me down, I write in a prayer journal all the time, and I keep trying to do something to help someone else, because being needed, useful, and productive has done a LOT for me...I can see where I make a differnence, and my existance here DOES matter. I adopted three kids, and we have a happy life together.
If you go back out the door today, or tomorrow, and determine to make a difference, you will. Volunteer to read stories to the kindergarten class. Offer to tutor a kid who goes home alone after school. There are SO MANY people out there, just like you, who are hurting and the best way out I found was to help other people, and in the end, they helped me!!
Talk to someone. The biggest step is reaching out, and you already have shown that you can do that!
Good luck!

PLEASE,PLEASE call a suicide hot line number NOW!! There should be one located in your phone book or call a Nurse Help line. You DO NOT have to identify yourelf! They are there for you, sweetie. Please call someone. I don't even know you but I can tell you that you are a beautiful person, even tho you don't feell like one right now. What is going on with your family is NOT your fault! and school is a problem because of the way you feel and feel about yourself.
If you will get some advice from a professional now...someday you will be giving advice (and KNOW just where the person is coming from and how they feel) just as I am now. I have been there and know that, unless you get help...it will not get better. It may seem like it but you need to know how to handle these feelings when they arise. You are in my prayers!........I CARE ABOUT YOU!! and there are a lot of other "strangers" out here who do, too.

Wecome to life! : ) Sometimes you just have to make the best of it. You'll pull through and you'll be proud of yourself b/c you came out of this a stronger person. I would just try to focus on your school work and favorite hobbies. It sucks so bad to be a teenager, I know. You are going through so many changes right now. It will get better, promise. Just remember that YOU are in charge of your own mind! You are in charge of your mood. Just try to make the best of things right now and just be happy to be alive and healthy! A lot of people might kill to be in your position! Good Luck to you! Maybe you could talk to your parents and tell them how you feel. I don't know what I would have done if I didn't have my mom through my teenage years....she was my rock. She still is. Good Luck Sweetie!

Suicide is a permanent solution to a temporary problem and is not an option. PLEASE get professional help ASAP. I am glad that you have work to escapte to but you are going to have to start fixing the problems. Look at one thing you can change and start there. I wish I knew more about the situation including your age.

Sounds like you really need to speak to someone ~ a clergy ~ close friend, close friends parent or school counselor ~ Suicide is not the answer ~ reach out to someone and talk ~ speak your mind and listen to yourself as you speak ~
