I know a professor of mathematics & I have recently found out that he is a real case of plgiarism. After spending a lot of time I just succeeded to proove that 2 of his papers are in fact 100% copying from others while he has more than 40 of them & I am almost sure that most of his works are so too.Since he changes the name & the order of theorems in a professional way & since he is getting promoted in a near future,I really appreciate it if you could tell me how to proove his fault at a fraction of time? Thank you very much for reading this.

If he has found a new way to prove a mathmatical theory it isn't plagiarism. It may be the same theory, he just found a new way to do it.
Now if you know for a fact (and I mean there isn't a doubt in your mind...not even one) that he is using someone else's work, symbol for symbol then you need to report him. But you have to keep in mind that he may have just improved on the formula and not, as you may believe, stole the work. In fact, I would talk to your instructor about this first and see just exactly what the story is. If you still believe he's stealing other peoples work (because it is stealing and plagiarism is against the law) then go to the dean.
That is what is WRONG with people these days. They think it's ok to just let people get away with anything. It isn't ok.

An easy way to determine if your professor is improving or building upon previous author's work is to check the citations in the papers in question. If they have cited the papers you think they have plagiarized then all should be well. There is also a very very small possibility that your professor writes manuscripts under a pseudonym and only puts his real name on his published works.

If you know mathematics then you will know that apart from the new theories that come to light every blue moon everything is ripped from everyone elses work :-)

Don't worry about being a grass though, noone likes to work with someone they know as a grass!

Do you really want to be known as the snitch who rats him out? I am not condoning what he does but just sit back. Everything done in the dark will eventually come to the light.
