There is not theory about this. It is more of a stoner dream than anything. Perhaps a philosophical idea. However, there is no theory that supports this idea.

You are referring to one of two things. One is just an imaginitive notion that there may be an infinite regression of universes, each being only an elementary particle of the next level...like in MIB. It's just a fanciful notion.
The other thing is a thought experiment trying to imagine what it would be like to be a fourth-dimensional being. Some speculate that if you could perceive in four dimensions, the Universe would seem to be on the inside and you would be all around it, looking in, so to speak. The whole Universe would be inside-out. This also is just a fanciful notion. Neither has any basis in reality, most likely.

Sounds a bit more like a 'Tardis' theory where the inside is bigger than the outside. Though that is just a Science-Fiction thing from Dr Who. I believe this is just a gag thing that was from a fictional book. Pardon everyone else who is in bad nature of this.

The main reason was because I got the memo late and by the time I got to the meeting all the really good spots on Mars were already taken. I figured the benefit package of being human on Earth was better than the mushroom on Venus job... How about you? Why did you choose it?

It is an idea that goes way back, in science fiction at least, but it has never been a scientific theory. And there is no spacial name for this idea that I know of.

Psycosis?
Acid induced hallucination?
Insanity?
Stupidity?
Not sure, but I am betting it is one of those. No actual theory exists.
