How can I vent my anger without taking it home?!?!

You can try to vent your anger by stopping somewhere between work and home and just letting your anger subside. Maybe stop at the park or wander through the store a bit to forget it. Or you can go home, go straight to your room and scream into a pillow. If you ohave time, perhaps a workout before heading home is a good idea. LEarning to let go of your anger or momentarily forgetting it is hard, but anger at work has to do with work. think about how much love is at home waiting for you. It's your place and it shelters you from the outside (like work) so dont let anything enter your home with you. good luck!

Try writing down everything that has made you so angry. Read through it and then say to yourself "you know what it's not worth it . why should I let these things upset my weekend" Then tear the paper into shreds and throw it in the bin as way of disposing of your anger. Sounds silly, but it can work.

A verbal warning from the boss is easier to deal with than an angry spouse. Let rip in the office.

Anybody you can call that will let you vent??Man, your that angry you have to leave your job??? Was it a employee?? If you cant call anyone , go for a walk.Do something physical. It will help more than you know.

Go shop. Go to the park. Go crush cans or shred papers while imagining the things that you are angry about. Listen to music. Answer Y questions with a tone of sarcasm.

have had and will have
and if it is quiet jujitsu kick
a expensive vehicle and write
thats for having a affair with me
behind your wifes back in red lipstick

Scream in you car as loud as you car, punch the leather chair you are sitting on, beep your horn excessively and then get out of the car and jump up and down with your fists clenched. Its sounds mad but it releases stress. Alternatively, you can do the boring method of talking to somebody. Nah.....didn't think so!!

Scream as loudly as possible all the way home...you will feel crazy, but it will help you get your anger out!

Turn up the radio and sing your heart out. Drive a little faster. yell at the people on the road. Drive an extra twenty or thirty minutes to calm yourself down. These are techniques that I use all of the time. IT HELPS!

GO TO A PARK OR LONG STREET AND RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN UNTIL YOU ARE OUT OF BREATH AND ADRENALINE. THEN ON THE WAY HOME THINK OF 5 THINGS OR PEOPLE THAT MAKE YOUR LIFE A GOOD ONE
