While sitting in a chair, (which you are probably doing)
Lift your right leg and rotate your foot clockwise. Just make a circle with your foot.
Do this for a few seconds, then with your finger, draw the number 6 with your finger in the air.
Your foot will automatically switch to counterclockwise.
What is with this?
Can anyone tell me scientifically or otherwise?

Are by far the most disrespectful,most intolerant and the most absurd miserable people you have ever heard of.
They are so insecure about themselves and the life they live that the only relief that they can find is to cowardly bash and mock others and who also slanderize others' doctrines of whom they spitefully and foolishly disagree with.
Some of them if not most non-believers thinks that just because they don't believe in God that they have all of the answers when in reality they don't even have a lick of sense to know the differance between right and wrong.
They are always accusing Christians of being judgmental and yet day after day they get on the internet and do the exact same thing to them of which they accuse Christians of doing.
Yes,you can dismiss this as a rant and move on but before you go lashing out against Christians and other religious people take a look at your own self and clean up your own mess before you go criticizing someone else about theirs.

In 6th grade our teacher read a book to our class, and I cannot for the life of me remember what it was called. I swore it was Rudyard Kipling, but I can't seem to find anything listed under his name that fits.

It was about a boat ride down a jungle river (maybe the Amazon). I remember some type of bird being described in detail. And I'd swear there was a name like "Tiki" in it.

I tried Riki Tiki Tavi and Tiki Tiki Tembo... not it.

Anyone have a clue???

I am living in a situation that has been draining me for along time. My husband has cheated several times during our marriage, to the point where he decided that we needed an open relationship. I went along with it because I loved him. But it didn't seem to matter, things got worse, for the longest time, several years in fact, he spent all of his time w/friends, at the bar, or anywhere that wasn't home. He acted like he didn't care about his family. Finally, fed up with the whole senario, I became close friends with a neighbor. One thing led to another, and after months of being close we finally broke down and had an affair. My husband caught us. Now he is fuming because I cheated. But what about his request for an open relationship that he took advantage of? Why is it only good for him and not me? I have only stayed with him because of our daughter otherwise I would go and leave. I am just trying to figure out why I am the bad guy when I only did what he said was acceptabl

When many non-Christians are asked whether they think everyone who is not a Christian is going to burn in hell, considering that more than half of the people in the world are not Christians, they respond by saying things like, “We cannot know how God will judge them” and “only God can judge he who has not given himself to Christ.” But a few minutes later, when someone asks a question and says that Allah is the only true God, Christians tell them that they are going to hell. So do we know or do we not know who is going to hell? I’m pretty sure that, at least some parts of the Bible say that non-Christians will go to hell. You would think this would make it a simple question/answer. However, the problem is that Christians, like non-Christians, have a conscience. They know, at least in the back of their mind, that only a Hitler-like God would cause someone to burn in hell even if they had been a good person, but had picked the wrong God to worship. Unfortunately, the Bible says that non-Christians will burn in hell. So Christians give a vague, plead the 5th answer. Christianity demands that the human forgo reason and empathy for their fellow human being and think like a robot. The problem is that the human spirit is often too powerful to be overtaken by religious programming. This results in the inconsistencies often shown by Christians.

Ok so it's the first week in uni and we're on the bus.This girl sits next to me who i have to admit i thought was really hot the moment i saw her which was bout a few days back.We start talkin , get to know each other and it was a pretty long ride of bout and hour and a half.The more we talked the more we made each other smile.And since we were sitting next to each other our faces were real close and she was giving me this dreamy,ALMOST sensual smile,like u know her head resting on the seat cushion.Then just b4 we reach uni she tells me that i smile like a certain actor and turns around and smiles and says that was a compliment.Was this flirting or just normal beggining of the term making new friends chit chat?Shud i make a move on this girl?Or im just so confused.

We are trying to buy our first house and it has been LONG. A few days ago our mortgage broker said we were given the clear to close which I thought meant we were done trying to "prove" that we are worthy of recieving the loan. Now today she has called and said that she needs copies of the check from our 401k and deposit slip. Is this right? Can they continue to ask for MORE stuff? OR is this normal?

I have just started growing some mint outside in a large pot on a balcony which gets sunlight from 3pm to sunset british time.
Will this be bad for the plant or will it be ok if kept watered.
Also is it possible to bring the plant indoors for the winter and still be able to use the leaves.

Too be clear, I have no problem with the NAACP or UNCF. The problem I have is the double standard. If the NAACP, UNCF, BET, Miss Black America, and the like are not considered racist (excluding anyone who is not black based soley on their race), why not then would the National Assoc. for the Advancement of White People or the United Caucasion College Fund be accepted as not racist.
