I would think this person probably would not know how "bad" they look. Most people look in the mirror and think they are at least half way decent looking ... Do you really think someone looks in the mirror and says,,,dang....I look like a guy who had a sex change operation.......ha..... So, they would probably post their pic and think nothing of it....others may get a good laugh though !

Yes, right after I had plastic surgery and looked like my sex change operation was suppose to allow me to be.

it depends on hot i was after the operation. If i smokin hot, then heck yes i would use it. If i was mediocre hot then maybe I would use a picture of my cat "Butch"instead.
