My grandmother passed away in February, leaving me her rental properties. I have a tenant who has not paid rent since February on a house about 20 miles south of here. Previous letters and attempts to collect rent have gone ignored- they won't answer the door when we try to even speak with them.
What possibly can we do to get these deadbeat tenants out!?

I only ask this because I was at tuesday's Sox Yankees game. I'm a Sox fan, and I wore my jersey. I can take the ribbing from Yankee fans, alot of them were good sports, but there were a few of them that resorted to personal attacks when the Sox were winning. Some even had tears in their eyes because of the trash talking they did before the game, and now having to eat their words. I just cheered louder when the Sox did well, so I ask, if you can't handle your team losing, why go to the game? There is a 50/50 chance of loss or win.

People say that a glass of red wine a day or a week is good for one's health. This is mainly because it helps with blood circulation. Sex also helps with blood circulation. Hypothetically speaking then... should not sex on a daily/weekly basis be just as beneficial? What do you think?

i am haveing my reception in a small town where the nearest hotel is 25 mins away, my fieonces mom is trying to get me to change it so she can drink, i wanted to tell her "how said there was alohol?" but there will be. she wanted me to make it more convinent for her family (they all drink) so they dont have to drive. im not having a drinking fest im having a wedding reception!!!! hello! i think they all should try to think before they drive. am i doing something wrong? i only had 3 months to find a place and on a budget plus grad partys already had places reserved. am i wrong for ignoring her? she cant change what me and him want with something she wants.

I going to a wedding this weekend as a guest with my boyfriend. It's some cousin of his or something. I planned on wearing a cocktail dress b/c it's taking place in the evening. I had a really great dress that I bought for a wedding last summer and loved. Now, I tried on this dress again, and I hate it.

I guess it'll do, but I'm really not crazy about how I appear in it. It highlights some problem areas. I don't have a lot of money right now.

Do you think I should go out and buy a new dress that I'm comfortable in? Or, just wear the one that, will do?
