Why don't you use your foot prints from the back of your birth certificate, that way they have meaning.

My boyfriend got two baby feet on his chest above his heart one for each of our children. He just went into the tattoo shop and asked to look at baby feet, they pulled out some logos that had baby feet and hands and he picked one out and changed the way they were together so it looked like there was a baby walking on him. If you just go in and ask they'll probably show you somethings. Or you can google it and see what comes up. That always helps.

i'd recommend looking at some free stock image sites.
If you go to http://www.sxc.hu , and search for "baby feet" or "baby hands" you can find quite a few. If I were you I would find some decent pictures print out acouple of your favorites and bring them to your tattooist and they could probably design the whole tattoo based on the images.

If you have children, get the baby foot prints that the hospital made. My friend has her son's actual baby foot prints tattooed on her feet.

You should be able to take your baby's birth certificate and your artist should be able to tattoo it for you...if you don't feel comfortable bringing in the birth certificate...you can get some washable paint and make your own foot print using your baby's foot and then bring that in...

Simple - by some water based childrens poster paint - use a child/babies hands/feet and dip it into the paint - place it onto paper and take to tattooist - they scan it and copy it to transfer paper
