Cheese.... if you have that you can make a meal with a piece of bread, an egg or some macaroni. I also have all sorts of pickled things, eggplant, olives and tomatoes in jars......I can put them on a plate with the cheese in case I have guests... or eat them from the jar with a fork if Im home alone.
