I usually don't spend too much time in this section as I am always reading questions and answers that are aimed at getting at each others throats. Everyone has something that they believe in, some put their faith in science and others in God, perhaps some of you don't like to call it faith specially in science but that's what I am calling it for lack of a better word. As a christian I believe that God created everything, I don't know if it was over a billion years or literally a few days. I am not here to shove my beliefs down anyones throat nor do I want to expose myself to insults, I guess what I am asking is, is it possible to have an educated question from either side with equally thought out answers, or is that too much wishfull thinking?

Ok... well many people say that the most effective spells are the ones you create yourself. But really, what does that mean? How can something you just make up work? like... for instance if i do this thing: If i wanted to remember my dreams, i'd take a blue candle, carve in the word "Dreams", light it, and go to sleep. And i really believed that it would work, but i made it up. How would it work? its just somethign i threw together?

so can someone please explain? thank you.

The laws of supply and demand dictate gasoline prices.
China and India, with their populatios in the billions are taking your jobs and money to buy cars and gasoline (demand) while NOT supplying of the petroleum for gasoline. (Supply).
We see the results daily.
What can America DO about it?
Can't blame the oil companies. The environmental extermists won't allow the building of refineries or the drilling for oil.
Neither China or India have polution controls on their cars but they want US to reduce polution!
The Kyoto Accords exempt China and India from controling polution.
Serious comments and suggestions PLEASE.

They're recarpeting and repainting at my work now (not my office, just next to it).

I'm 27 weeks pregnant, and of course the smells bug me (but not to the point of nausea).

I've got the outside door open to let in some fresh air. Is there anything else I should do to keep my baby safe? Should I just leave for the rest of the day?

I had my first ultra sound yesterday. The ultrasound suggested that i was 6 weeks and 5 days pregnant, you couldnt really see anything during the ultrasound, other than a small white blinking dot * the dr. informed me that was the heart beating* If I go by my last monthly cycle, I should be 7 weeks and 5 days ... My dr. pointed this out with concern, saying he didnt think the baby was developing fast enough, and is having me come back in a week to do another ultrasound ... to make sure the baby is developing! being a first time mom, this is a tad bit scary, -- Has anyone else ever experienced something like this or have any advice on it. Thanks so much for any input!
