I entered into Sales & Purchase Agreement to sell an apartment. The due date is clearly stated as 25-Mar-2007 or 3 months after signing of S&P on 25Dec2006. Hi i'm michelle and i'm looking at getting a rabbit.now i did a lot of research and stuff. i did own one when i was 4. it died of a disease a few months later tho. well i had some questions. Do you think rabbits are good pets, and how much will the whole set up cost. i plan on saving to 250.00$ what is ur estimate on it though. and where is the best pet shop to get one. i know some say pet shops are bad places but i can't afford a private breeder and i would be rescueing the rabbit anyway. Every time my dog, a dachshund, is approached by any other dogs, he growls, barks, and chases them off. Even if the other dogs are friendly and just want to play, mine gets so angry and almost tries to bite them!!! Please help with any suggestions as how to successfully break him out of this habit!!!

Hi! My little brother is 14 and has lived with his mother since he was a baby (when our dad and his mom separated). He has expressed multiple times that he would like to move in with our father and I, but his mother is against it. My father has considered going to court, but we're unsure of the laws in our state and whether or not he will need a lawyer. I just need to know if 1) my brother is legally old enough to make the decision and 2) if not, will a lawyer be needed.

Is there anywhere I can turn for for sure answers for my states regulations on this?

Come on? that last song they gave him, it wasn't his genre or even his type of music. That song seemed customed made for Jordin, everyone could see that Blake wasn't comfortable singin it. They should have choose a better song for the final, something that suited both.

i have a boyfriend and i am in a relationship with him for a year and a half now. and there is this guy. he was after me for years til now and never give up although i asked him to. so, it happens that there was once i was really down and facing this huge problem. my boyfriend didnt sense that there is something wrong with me. he went to bed very early and left me alone. i didnt disappointed because i am the one who didnt tell him i am having problems. but the thing is, this guy, he sensed that i was down immediately after chatting with me for like only a few minutes. i felt that he is really sinsitive and very caring. he even sent a song i really love to cheer me up. he had been there for me for years but i have never had any feelings towards him. but this time, i really felt touched and started to notice his care and love for me. am i falling for him? or am i just touched because he cared for me more than my bf do? what should i do with this feeling?
