about 3 years ago I looked at an apartment, it seemed pretty nice and I had asked the rental agent what type of an area it was and she said very good (I was 19 at the time). After signing the contract I called my Grandfather who reccomended that I talk to the local police department and make sure that it was a good spot. Upon calling the police, I found out that not only was it NOT in a good area, the previous tenents had been arrested for dealing coke. I immediatetly called the rental agent (who was on the phone) and left a message with the secretary that I was rescinding the contract and to please call me) she didn't. The following morning I called again and spoke with her she said that I wasn't allowed and that I would be liable for all the unpaid rent till it was rented out again, I told her that since i had notified her within 45 min. I wasn't paying. They have now (3 years later) put it on my credit report as delinquent rent, I hadn't heard anything since then. Can they do that?

I have a four year old boy that I am trying to teach some responsibility too. I am going to make a chart and at the end of the week if everything gets done he will get a small suprise. I already have: Picking up toys
Taking a bath
Brushing his teeth
Showing good manners
No back talking

The only way to beat them and to bring them to a halt is to be willing to take it to another level further than they can go. So here goes, it is common knowlege that the bombers familys receive financial rewards for their attacks. So, we should execute their families. If they know their families would be killed, you take away some of the motive. Is this cold hearted, absolutely, but they are already using their own wives daughters and children. so unitl we are willing to take it to their level, these bombings won't stop. and yes i probably have some typing errors. lol

Jobs?

I am a professional but many of my friends, family and townspeople are laborers. Most of the people I know probably fit into the definition of laborer. They are hard working, dependable people who have bought homes, raised kids, paid taxes and lived the American dream.

Where did the perception that Americans will not do labor jobs come from? I know factory workers, farmers, construction workers, and others who are Americans. Is that phenomonom only in my state?

My mother has pain just sitting down burns when she poddys s just like a bladder infection but its not . It hurts all the time especially after podding. Went to doctors . Now they want to do a biopsy on the bladder. Some one out there has to know what the h=== is going on. If you have any answers I would and my mother would appreatate it.

How can I rig this thing up to work? I am willing to spend money, etc. but definitely need to have a tent air conditioner (not "cooler" but "conditioner"). Also, I cant use one of those swampy coolers because where we camp is quite humid.


The reason we need it is because of some special needs that we have physically. So - can anyone tell me? Also, if we are at an electrical site, they usually only have volts that go up to 50v - does that help? THANK YOU to everyone who can help me!

I take 300 mg of Luvox and 3mg of Risperdal daily. I also have constipation so bad that I have to use enemas to go. I am just curious if anyone else on these meds has had constipation so bad.
