Why do I have to pretend I like people when I don't? I am really not as nice as I act and I am sick of it. I just wan2 stop being afraid of being my mean self. Can't I just be mean??

have been trying to pay off our credit card debt for 3 years now and we are barely making a dent. I have went through and cancelled all our extra things like trash service ect. and bargained with people on other things that we are in contract on. I am going to list our bills so that you can tell me if I am just missing something and if there is anything that I could do to lower our bills so we can pay off our credit cards. thanks

Today we must mourn the passing of a beloved old friend, Common Sense, who has been with us for many, many years. No one knows for sure how old he was since his birth records were lost long ago under a pile of every increasing bureaucratic red tape. He will be remembered as having cultivated such valuable lessons as - knowing when to come in out of the rain - why the early bird gets the worm - life isn`t always fair - and maybe it was my fault.



Common Sense lived by simple, sound financial policies (don't spend more than you earn) and reliable parenting strategies (adults, not children are in charge). His health problems began when well intentioned but overbearing regulations were set in place. Reports of a six-year-old boy charged with sexual harassment for kissing a classmate; teens suspended from school for using mouthwash after lunch and a teacher fired for reprimanding an unruly student, only worsened his condition.

As a home owner I pay plenty for school tax.
This is for education. This is fair and needed even if I don’t have children in the school.
Sports and the over and above cost so kids can play sports at my expense is my beef.
Some will say sports keeps kids out of the bad things of this world.
True for a few I will say.
But it never ends…
Bond issue is up locally for 49.9 million.
The school says school tax will not go up due to a federal mandate.
The money will come from other taxes and fees etc. It will still come out of the community.
The local school wants the money mainly for new stadiums and parking lots for the game goers. When people are charged to get in the games the money never goes back into the tax pool but to build ummmm …lets see, more sports related buildings etc.
We have them now but they say they want to move them for…ready for this…..better parking.
BTW moving them really means build news ones.
Sports in school. Put the $$$ for the lets say ummmm…..education of the mind.
Not the USA pastime at the local expense.

Many people who hate Christians and despise Christianity are actually intrigued by other religions and those who practice them. What is the source of this intense hate and hostility? What's your opinion of the fact that Jesus said the world will hate those who follow Him? How do you suppose He knew this 2000 years ago before He was even accused and during a period of time when people were flocking to hear Him preach and were showing Him adoration? Why are true Christians condemned because of the actions of very obvious false Christians? Why is "do not kill", "do not steal", "honor your parents", "do not tell lies about others", etc. considered by many to be offensive? Why do some people become angry when you tell them God loves them? Why do children go to school and kill each other, but no one wants to tell them it's wrong, because it's "offensive"? Why did this violent behavior begin AFTER it became illegal to tell children it's wrong to kill? Is the love of Jesus really so terrible??
