The lemonade diet recipe actually consist of lemonade and herbal laxative tea.
You should drink lemonade instead of water throughout the day. Regard the lemonade as water replacement, so drink the usual 8 - 10 glasses a day. The herbal tea must be drunk in the morning and before you go to bed.

• 2 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lemon.
• 2 tablespoons of grade B Maple Syrup.
• Add cayenne pepper according to your preference
• A glass of pure water.
I did this lemonade diet for 2 weeks; however it is completely okay to continue this until 30 days. Keep in mind that the minimum length is 10 days in order to have significant effect. However as I have said above, use your common sense. Don't overdo this diet and please take a break after 7 - 10 days!

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

its a crash diet which makes you lose water weight and muscle not fat and slow down metabolism dramatically plus you would gain back more than lost as soon as start eating normal again.
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

the purpose of the lemon, maple syrup, and cayenne pepper water is not to loose weight but to cleanse the toxins out of your body. It is not a healthy way of losing weight fast, because if you use it to lose weight you are more likely to gain it back once you start eating regular food again. My suggestion to you if you want to try this cleansing, is to use it for about a week, this will cleanse your body of bad toxins, and then you should slowly introduce good and healthy food back into your diet. The cleanse is to clean you of the bad things you are putting in your body, so when the cleanse is done, you do not put the bad food back into your body.
