Hey, what are some quick ways I can lose about 30 pounds?

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

the first step is control. contol appetite but dont starve yourself.

example:
1.use smaller plate to minimize eating
2. eat less or dont eat dinner.
3. take walks instead of riding.walk your dog if you have one
4. try new recipies/alternative recipies that use lesser fat. cook your food!
5. when buying groceries pick healthy food that way when you're hungry you have no choice but to eat it.
6.get a pilates yog ball( more comfortable way to exercise)

doing this and some others, consistently,

these are some safe ways to do it. dont use pills or artificial products it will have side effects.
losing weight doesnt mean you have to suffer, you can lose weight enjoying it.

Cut back on calories... Exercise a lot... I've lost 56 pounds since the start of Jan. by eating between 600-900 calories a day (yeah not "healthy" but I am seriously never hungery...) and walking, jogging on mini trampoline, stair stepping, and other exercise. I have heard that you should not eat less than 1200 calories a day...

I would not try to lose tooo uch to quick or else you are liable to gain it back right away. Try limiting your portions with alot of vegtables and some Hoodia from G.N.C. 1/2 ounce twice a day and in 4 weeks you should be close.
