Identical twins have to be of the same sex! Do you mean TWO SETS of Identical twins? =0

Ewww, that would be incest AND anyway Identical twins can't have a baby together they are either 2 girls/2 boys not one or the other. But the question is what if 2 couples were identical twins (2 brothers,2 sisters) and both had babies. Would the babies have identical features.

A brother and sister could no longer be same twins of one yet another in the 1st place. an same twin basically happens while a single fertilised egg splits to create 2 embryos. this could inevitably be precisely an identical genetics for each. besides the shown fact that a boy and a woman have distinctive chromosomes, and can basically come from 2 distinctive sperm fertilising 2 distinctive eggs. even while those proportion the womb, they nonetheless have an identical degree of genetic relatedness as non-twin siblings. And in answer on your question, it may artwork precisely comparable to if non-twin siblings had a new child, or for that count while non-siblings have a new child. the new child consistently has a mixture of genes from the mother and dad, and could no longer look same to the two, even if if the new child's mom and dad look comparable themselves there's a solid probability the new child will look akin to the two.

Identical twins cannot have a baby together because in order to be identical, they have to be the same sex. But if there was a way, there would still be no way of knowing because of doninant and recessive genes, the same way babies of non twins don't come out looking alike.

Impossible. Identical (monozygotic) twins have to be of the same gender...it's fraternal twins that can be of the opposite genter and though they look a great deal alike they are not identical...nor are identical twins exactly identical. But if we throw genetics, incest, mutations, etc., etc. out the window it would be funny to imagine that their child would look like a minature copy of them...in essences a real "Mini-me" or a clone.

First off I take it that these twins are one male and one female. Second chances are very good that the result would be nothing out of the norm of two people haveing a baby together. It's the breedings on down the line where gentic traits would start to play a major role.

Even if it were possible for same sex twins to have a baby, there is still a huge amount of available DNA genes, recessive and dominant genes, and the kid would still have it's own unique blend of allllll the genes inherited from not just parents, but on back through grandparents, etc. Kid would still have "Aunt mary's eyes" and "Cousin Bobo's sense of humor"...etc.
