I'm confused about the whole idea of christianity and sex. Now which is it? Do christians believe that sex is a sin period, which if that's the case then my question is why would it be a sin if it's the only way, up until recently through science, to have a baby? Or do they believe that it is only lustful or sexual thoughts that are sinful, if so then my question is are you supposed to have sex without thinking about it or something? Or do they simply believe that sex before marriage is a sin, if this is the case then I ask why is it so important to be married before having sex, I can understand before having kids, but having sex does not mean you WILL have kids just that you might? Or is it only members of the clergy, holy men, priests, the pope, etc. who are bound from having sex, and if so why is that?

I have a 1996 crown Victoria Police interceptor. It has 4 Catilic converters in the exhaust system (dual exhaust) which are showing a sensor alert with the engine soon light- I was wondering if I paid to have them removed and put on a custom exhaust system that has NO converters would this improve my gas mileage? I know such a system is illegal, but it’s also illegal to speed so I don’t care about the legal-alities of it.

Please give any input / opinion... thanks I currently get about 23 mpg hiway and 16 mpg city.

Republicans like to keep it simple. They just want to belive that "they hate us for our freedom" and they refuse to open their little minds and think "maybe, they're are OTHER reasons why they hate us (careful, i wouldn't want any of you to shortcircuit). Maybe, just maybe, Ron Paul has a point when he points out, how would we feel if China occupied the Gulf of Mexico or if Saudi Arabia set up military bases in North Dakota? And you don't think staying out of Middle eastern affairs makes sense? you don't think we influence middle eastern for our best interest (i'm not talking about our FINANCIAL best interest, not for the "safety of our country") hmmm, we help the Saudi Royal family to stay in power for security purposes.... right. It has nothing to do with oil.

Met future mil, was courteous as were they. Said thank you after the meal & left..not good enough for her, she wanted a thank you note. She wants a ty note for everything, from X-mas presents, to simply visiting. She also has another son that she obviously favors. Why? B/c he & his wife kiss her *** to get stuff. I'm not going to do that. I don't do it w/ my own family. Don't think you should have to do that to get someone to like you. Anyway, the dad sides w/ the mom regardless. Before & after hubby & I were engaged, the mil kept telling him not to marry me. After she met my family for the first time, she called her son to complain about them & again reiterated not to marry me, & get this..it was as she was driving down my sister's driveway after having met them. The night before the wedding, she had her other son call my husband & tell him he was rude at the rehearsal dinner (he was not) & again, not to marry me. She didn't speak to my hubby the day of the wedding. cont.

Sometimes one may not agree with his or her political party on an issue. That is one of the things which makes our political system so wholesome, fair, and representative of the people. Along those lines, I'd love to congratulate and support all of those democrates who DO NOT SUPPORT ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION! I've heard the arguments, but I do not understand why anyone would say that it is ok for anyone to reside in the US illegally, without documentation. No one can "take" what isn't theirs and then claim that it's a civil right. Any such person has totally lost their credibility with me.

Okay, a good pal of mine -- to make a long story short took a life insurance policy out on her husband and "signed his name". She thinks it's "not hurting anyone", but the main and only thing I'd like to know is legally, if she's ever found out later, can she get into trouble for doing this?
I guess "he did a lot of awful things to her in the past" and she wants to make sure she's financially taken care of for the day he passes over. YEs, of course it is not right, i agree w/u.
HOWEVER how would/could she ever be found out. How does one get caught doing this sort of thing? I thought I'd pass on an answer or two from a post(s) to let her know if it's possible she could later get into legal trouble

Hello there,

I have some questions about Islam, if anyone can help me.

I have heard that apparently Mohammad ate meat less than ten times during his entire life. I would like to know if this is true, and whether or not muslims follow his lead on this or believe that they should? It seems that within Arabic culture, meat is a large part of all meals, but why is this if the above is true? Should muslims either not eat meat or limit their meat like their prophet (may) have done.

Also, when muslims use the word mohammad they usually say or write peace be upon him after his name. Is this a requirement? Would muslims prefer if everyone (muslim or non muslim) used the 'pbuh' after mentioning their prophet's name, or is it something that muslims believe only they should do?

we want to marry in louisiana. We want to elope and would like to find a small chapel to do this in. Nothing fancy, nothing extragant. Just a small chapel, in louisiana. Just us and maybe 4 other people.
