I am wondering whether the crux of the issue is age, or if it is the teacher's abuse of authority. Of course both are wrong, but if a 17 year old boy found a way to date a 24 year old woman outside of school, with no other connection to one another except a mutual attraction, would that relationship be ostracized equally harshly?

What are your thoughts?

And then they insult you as well to top it all off. Damn I made a mistake on the other question about the easy button. Give me a break. Why can't people just go with the flow and answer the question? It's embarrassing enough that I made the mistake but then to point it out and insult me as well is worse. Why do people do that? Why can't they just tell you in an email you made a mistake? How many of you have gone through that before?

I went to India in 1978 and married I was 15 years old and from the U.S., my "husband" was 30 years old and from India, I was an emancipated minor in the U.S. and my husbands Father signed for me as guardian in India to be married. We came back to the U.S. a month later, and have had two beautiful children. My Husband is now deceased and I have been told since that our marriage was not really legal, and I was hoping a Lawyer in India could tell me if this is true? My parents had not given permmission, but I was emancipated so did not think I needed permmission. Any help is appreciated, and if it matters our children are over 18, so no one is expecting to get social security benefits!

I have read previous answers regarding Dialga and Palkia and other pokemon that can only be caught in both of the game but i am confused what to get. NOT MY CHILD. But she lives with me, I take care of her and basically raise her. She's my niece, 7 years old.

Her mom (my sister) does not live with us but comes over often to see her daughter and take her out and buy/pay for school, etc... Her and her husband are divorce and have other people in their life now.

One morning I go downstairs and my sister tells me her daughter just said she hates her mom and she likes her step-mom better. So of course my sister gets very upset.

I want to know should I:

1. Talk to her and tell her what she said was mean and wrong and disrespectful. & no punishment.

2. Talk to her, punish her with no TV for a week.

3. Say a little something about it and let it go.

Ignoring it is not an option. I understand her mom is obviously not there for her and my neice probably feels a bit of resentment against that, but her mother does visit, call and take care of her financially. whether or not a good or bad mother, she is nonetheless her mother
