The LDS Hospital and Primary Hospital in Salt Lake were owned by the church but not anymore. The church no longer owns hospitals, but works through humanitarian efforts to help assist people.

LDS Hospital in Salt Lake City , Utah used to be owned and operated by the LDS Church but I think I think it is run by a private company now.
