It is safe and clean energy. We'd only have to build 400-something plants to get 100% of our energy needs met.

Coal mining kills miners. Oil causes wars. Solar is just in its infancy.

Nuclear power has a pristine safety record here in America. (Don't use Chernobyl as an example-- the Soviets half-a s s everything and their technology sucked and still does.)

So how come nothing's been built since the 70's?

There is a safe way to store the waste as well.

Don't women look before they sit. How many of them use the bathroom in the dark. If I took the time to lift it they can take the time to put it down. I lift to use. Women should put it down to use.

I have a real estate question related to a 1031 exchange that I am in the process of completing. Can the exchanged property be located in a different state?

I own property in california and wish take advantage of this law.

Also, can I apply the exchange for 4 units and upgrade to 20?

Will it still apply if it is not like property?

i have a bad reputation because of things i used to do in the past. drink,guys,and party a lot. then it got around to a lot of people, and some like me but a lot of them think im a whoar when they do the same dang thing as me!! i've quit some of it but i want to be able to be myself and have fun because thats what i do best. any advice???

I was coming out of our restrooms at work and this lady was at the sink wiping off her toe. She was wearing sandals and smashed her big toe into the wall or something, and her nail split across the center and was bleeding really bad. She was in pain but seemed to be handling it ok, so I left. I found band-aids in our first aid closet so i went back to the bathroom and offered her one. She was headed sort of out the door, as was my boss, so I felt kind of akward and just offered it to her. She thanked me and put it on her foot, but I felt like I had to explain to my boss what I was doing, so I was just like "her toe was bleeding everywhere, ouch" but I feel embarassed now like I got caught. Weird. Anyone ever have this happen?

he was out of town with his boys and I called, he picked up and to make a long story short he told me "**** you, you're a ******* *****" The reason for him saying that is because his friend posted a bulletin on myspace indicating that there were girls patying with them, so I called and asked about it, and he said he was being stupid and what not, and that I need to stop trippin, and thats when he went off on me.
