I was having dinner out with my husband a broccli hater, Spinach and brussel sprouts he likes. He ordered a steak and as usual the side vegetable was broccli. My theory as to why most resturants serve broccli as a side is that more people like it. When I told my husband that he laughingly said prove it. So I did . Broccli won out as the most frequently chosen first choice. Thanks everyone.

I love them all, but if I have to pick just one, I get broccoli all the time, spinach is usually year round, I think I would go from yummy brussel sprouts fresh not frozen!

I've never had a brussel sprout, broccoli is nice, but give me spinach any day as long as it's not creamed!

Spinach definitely, broccoli possibly, but if some one were to feed me brussel sprouts I'd have to ask why I was being punished!

Generally speaking, spinach. However, all three are great, and brussel sprouts when cooked in a particular way (with bacon, oilive oil and potatoes) are excellent. Standing alone without other ingredients, spinach.

If the question pertains to which I like plain and by itself, the answear is broccoli. If you mean cooked with something the answear is spinach. If you want a straight forward overall answear it's broccoli. Sorry for being difficult.

Definately broccoli, especially with cheese or steamed with sugar, yum! Brussel sprouts are okay, but they have to be drenched in butter.
