You have what is called Plantar Fascitiis. You need to see a podiatrist for some X-Rays. You will need to get some orthotics for your shoes and take some anti-inflammatories. This condition is correctable, sooner the better. Its when the fascia in your arch breaks down and you build up a bone spur in your heel. Only gets worse without treatment.

Sounds a lot like plantar fascitis. The tissue on the soles of your feet that helps form your arches is the plantar fascia. As you sleep overnight it tightens up and when you put weight down first thing in the morning you are pulling on tight tissue that is irritated and inflamed. You should go see your doctor and get a handle on this because it will get worse. Physical therapy can help a lot.

take tylenol or advil to help with the pain, then see a doctor because it can be a number of possibilities, from what you do during the day, the type of shoes you wear, whether you're diabetic or obese, so there are a variety of factors.

you perhaps need to get some new shoes. you should also look into the possibility of having diabetes, unexplained pain in the feet can be a result of diabetic neuropathy.
