if both state and fed taxes are going up anyway? It's like putting water in a tub with quite a few holes in it... the only one that make sense is the roth ira, where there are no tax deductions when taken out at the appropriate time.

I have a cast iron offest elbow under my stool that i discovered has a small crack in it. I am not excited about changing the cast iron out at this moment, but i know it is the right thing to do. Has anyone had a good experience with any of the quick-fix pipe repair kits that are out there, i;m hoping to buy some time. I think they use some kind of glue or something?

You've paid your tithes, watched TBN, prayed hard and long, and the Rapture takes you.

BUT

One or two or more of you must have very, very young children, not yet conscious of their place in the world and a long way from being persuaded that their lives here are just a rehearsal for the real thing. They cannot possibly have received Jesus into their hearts enough to be raptured.

What happens? Are your kids left behind while you take off into the clouds, or are they going along with you? If your pre-conscious baby does, why not those of atheists? Does God decide which babies go and how do you know that? Or is there some get-out that means that it doesn't matter that you're raptured while the baby is still at your breast, it will meet Lord Jesus in due course anyway?

I have been neutral up until today. We need to secure our borders and focus on Americans.
This war will never end. We are dealing with a country that has always been at war and will continue to be. We cannot change history to our liking. We live, breathe and think differently..
Both generations of the Bush family are involved in natural resources. But involved for their benefit and not ours.. This is all about oil isn't it? On the surface no, but break it all the way down and take a closer look. We need to leave the foreigners alone. He is stubborn, greedy, and doesn't know himself how to get out of a losing situation.. He is a control freak. Congress will have to yank our troops out and impeach Bush. HE isn't going to budge and time will either run out, and the next President comes in for us to see our troops back home.. My heart goes out to every person and family who has lost a loved one.. God Bless America.

I'm writing a novel currently, and I'm thinking of getting it published after I finish it (I'm only thirteen, so that's another question: think it's possible if my writing's good enough? I'm actually not that confident, but I can dream, can't I? :/). It has seven main characters that are completely different, do you think it's fine to switch point of view about every chapter? Or maybe during the chapter? I usually write fanfiction, and it's not really a problem with that, but I'm not sure about an actual original novel. I may just write it from third person, but I'm more comfortable writing from a character's suggestion. So do you think it would be weird to read a story that constantly changes point of view?

My brother's wife is expecting and I'd like to set up a 529 college savings account for the child with a decent initial amount and an annual birthday deposit. I do not currently have any kids, nor do I really plan to have any, but I'm afraid that my brother will feel the need to do the same for my children, if I do end up starting a family. Its something that would be difficult for him to afford, and I really dont want to make him feel obligated to. Should I try to explain that he's not obligated? Should I not open the account?

I think the main reason people come here illegally is that their own countries are suffering economically. Granted the US has messed up Mexico and other S. American countries with suppporting dictatorships and human rights abusing govt's. But if we can fix their countires it would slow down illegal immigration.

i have been lifting 25 lb dumbells for about a month almost now and im gonna move on to the new adjustable 25 lb-50 lb dumbbells. if i continue the work and eat right protein rich meals, should i get bigger muscles by then? im kind of skinny armed. Okay, so I want to go to the Vans Warped Tour this summer, and the biggest hurdle I need to get over is parental supervision. My mom and dad don't want me going if there is no supervision by them or somebody they have met face to face and trust.

Last summer, I was watching scenes from the Warped Tour on FUSE, and I vaugely recall hearing a tent set up for parents of kids there to relax and wait for their kids for the day. Is this true? Is it at every location? Does it have anything in it?

I have a family member who is renewing their wedding vows, after 20 years of marriage. She is making this like it is their 1st marriage. She is wearing a wedding gown, getting a motel room the night before so her husband does not see her before the "wedding" . Which is not all as bad -as I think it is -for her to ask for gifts and including gift registry cards in all of the invitations.

My mother in law, who is an extremely heavy smoker for most of her 70+years, has given me some very old and dear crochet books. They have not been stored away very well and have an extremely foul stale cigarette smell in them. Does anybody have ANY ideas at all as to how to get that horrid smell out? I really want to look thru these, I just cant stand the smell! These are heirloom craft reference books, and I really want to save them.......HELP
