I know what the LEGAL difference is.

there is no difference - both are murder

except in this pathetic age

abortion is almost revered by liberal feminists

infantcide is punishable by death

Both should be punishable by death

There is no difference. The only difference is that the child is out of the womb and the pro death groups can't call it a "lump of cells" or "product of conception" anymore. The legal reprocussions should be the same, abortion is still murder.

I think post-natal abortion - up through about age 4 or so, maybe up until majority - isn't entirely indefensible.

Parents do have a great deal of authority over thier children, and can make choices for them that might well destroy thier lives - in a variety of senses, including actual death. So it would just be recognizing something parents can already do.

However, it's pretty darn close to indefensible. You could just give the kid up for adoption, afterall. Terminating your parental rights makes a little more sense than terminating your child.

And, that's how it's different from abortion. You can't give your fetus to someone else to carry to term. You can give a kid to someone else to raise.

I understand what you're saying about abortion, I can see why someone would consider it killing, but its too important to a woman and the father to not have the ability to make the choice to keep it. I'm sure if you or a woman you were with had an unplanned baby you'd keep it, and thats ok--but others should have the personal liberty to choose what they want for themselves and their unborn child.

any person who kills there baby in the womb or after birth is a murderer and sick in the head. Its not a woman or mans right to kill a human born or unborn!!!

I see the point you are trying to make but if you want to be technical you still can kill him/her. The only thing is that there are likely legal repercussions that would ensue.

It is no different. Murder is murder , before or after the birth. I think they should pass a law requiring a death certificate after each abortion , stating the cause of death as HOMICIDE.

Women want to be whores and expect not the have any consequences for it. If they're women enough to lay down and make these babies, then they should be women enough to lay back down and push them out. It's all because they don't want to be responsible. Most of the time it's nothing to do with money, rape, or incest.

not your body, not your choice, so you have to get it while its still in the birth canal.
