Background information: my former boss 1) employs an illegal immigrant to save money on cleaning services, 2) asked me to alter documents, 3) asked me to cancel my hotel room/stay with him in his condo while traveling, 4) improperly invoices, 5) doesn't always pay vendors, etc. As a result, I do not trust him at all. I gave two weeks' notice, and my last day was yesterday. He refused to close my e-mail account upon my departure and is having all messages forwarded to him. He also instructed the other employees to say that I'm simply "out of the office" rather than no longer employed at the company when people call. I am not comfortable with this situation/fear he will use my account to send e-mails and know he is doing all of this to deceive both clients and vendors. Can I get a court order to make him close the e-mail account (I live/work in New York City)? If so, is it best to seek out an employment attorney to start the process? Thank you for your advice!

I have D-Link DI-524 router and want to share a VPN connection between my laptop and PC, but this http://whirlpool.net.au/index.cfm?a=h_view&model_id=281 description page says that it doesn't have PPTP client, but have some PPTP passthrough... I have two amazing friends. thier always there for me and i really enjoy thier company. the thing is when we are out with guys, all the dudes are all over them but not me. you see, im not jealous of thier beauty. sure these girls are thin and pretty but i deffinately dont hate them for it! its just that it hurts sometimes when boys are all over them and dont notice me. I'm really good friends with alot of guys. But i just dont get the same attention as them. sometimes the guys i like, like them. it hurts but when i talk to them about it they say "its okay, you are pretty and you have a great personality" i know i have a good personality, other wise i wouldnt have so many frineds but i feel like that isnt enough. i dont know how to explain my hurt to them because neither of them have ever struggled with guys liking them. how do i handle this?

I have a 4 month old puppy who was an angel when we got her. She has been very ill with Virus and sick problems and her nipping and biting is becoming very bad.
