I found a stray kitten, but my dad said I can't keep her because he's allergic. but I can't get rid of her, I love her already. anyway, is there anyway I can keep her without aggrevating his allergies? do those pet dander eliminating sprays (or whatever) actually work? what about an air filter or purifier, would that work? the kitten only stays in the basement (because that's my room), and my dad only comes down here like once every two weeks, so it isn't fair that I should have to get rid of her.
Thx

oh, and, don't tell me I should just respect my dad and get rid of her. you don't know what I go through.

My husband's Stepson (from his previous marriage) uses Stepdad's surname but was never officially changed from birth certificate.. He is going to be getting his licence at the end of the year - which surname will he have to use? the one on his birth certificate? or my husband's one, the one he has been using for school and medical purposes all his life?

In my opinion, an atheist is one who does not believe that someone or something created the universe. In other words, he/she does not invoke a creationist when asked about the origin of the universe. He/She believes that religion is human made.

A believer is the opposite. A believer does not have to belong to a specific religion, but he/she does invokes a creationist (ex. God) when asked about the universe. He/She believes that there is a being watching our every move, judging our actions.

Please respond, believer or atheist. If you have better definitions, please state. Remember, this question is not to argue who or what is better. I just want to get a feel of the percentage of people under both categories. Thanks.

Hi. The reason I ask is that I'm thinking of converting, but I'm a strong believer that we should protect our country against all enemies that would disrupt the peace of this wonderful country (dispite it's many inperfections). I don't want this question to be viewed politicly, just answered from a Bahai standpoint.

Ok, I told my bf's roomie that i had a crush on him a week and four days ago, I asked him to reject me, he did not.
After talking for an hour about everything from him saying to dump my bf and him calling me pretty he said he would have to talk to me later. He put himself down a lot in our convo so I sent him an email saying how great he is. Next Sat rolls around and he visits his gf. This week is finals week but I called him twice and he ignored it. Is he just busy or WTF? I do not condone cheating and we would have to split up before anything happened. My bf is sad but wants me to be happy.

If it helps I am a Libra and the Guy in question is an Aries.

Wtf is going on did he reject me or what? If he did reject me how do I get over it?

Metaphorically speaking, of course, it seems to me that the act of creation ended when mankind started, and no amount of loving God (the natural processes of the universe) can address man's inhumanity to man. Civilization is fundamentally unnatural (i.e. removed from God) and cannot be accepted. Civilization is a perversion. Civilization is evil.

Hi! I am currently a freshman at a university in Texas, and I am having a rather difficult time deciding on my major. I am actually stuck between two: communication and mathematics.

I really enjoy both fields, and I know both of them offer a lot of different opportunities in the job market. I've taken courses in both and done pretty well in all of them, so I am rather confused.

With my communication degree, I'd like to go into television broadcasting, public relations, marketing, or teaching. In contrast, with a math degree I'd like to teach or do something else; I know the degree lends itself to a lot of different things.
I would like to know which one you think is the best.

Which one do you recommend and why?

Thanks!
