People who try to defend creationism by so-called scientific arguments, when they really have absolutely no clue how evolution works.

Just a few hours ago I came across a question that compared evolution to leaving a Model T in a garage for a while and then finding that it has turned into a Mustang. The sort of reasoning is so utterly ignorant that it's hopeless to even try to set the facts straight. I've explained evolution so many times to so many different people, I feel like a broken record. More than half the time it goes in ear and out the other.

People who leave really long answers for simple questions, people with bad grammar and spelling, people who are purposely mean to others, people who quote the Bible when it can't really apply to the question being asked, and when people post questions in the wrong section on purpose. These things don't "tick me off," they just make me think "what the in the scrotum of Satan is going through their head?"

Moral Hoppers! People who judge everything you write even if it is to spread tolerance or to make people laugh. The hop on your back and brandish the sword of morality in your face when all you wanted to do was share a laugh with them.
I am fine with the trolls though, they make this place colourful. Hoping for no trolls would be like hoping for a society without crime or bad people.
Cheers.

When I ask an unoffensive question and get insulted for it. I know you said not to be hypocritical, but it's usually atheists thinking I'm a Christian or Christians thinking I'm an atheist. They're both wrong.

Having my words twisted around when I ask a question to make it sound like I said something I didn't say. Usually twisted by non-christians.

People that ask questions basically making fun of others beliefs and making fun of them for believing the way they do. Also people that are sarcastic and hateful and down right rude. There's no need for it.

Long, multi-part questions that sound more like a rant and cut & pasted answers with links to wikipedia!

Ignorance and attacks on any religion. I respect all religions even if I don't agree with them, but soooo many people do not.

When people won't answer a question.

Will you give this one a shot? Just a simple yes or no will do.
