and is pushing him away from her.. She has yet to mention it to me but her husband has called me and told me about it. He is not asking for my help but just wants someone to talk to. I cant tell my friend because, knowing her character, it will aggrevate the situation and she will be even more upset with him. Her husband has told me that she is having an affair and he has his sources and he is very very sure..

I want to speak to her about it, I want to hear her side of the story but I cant. I feel like I am betraying her by not telling her that her husband has told me but I cant bear the consequences and trust me on this, the consequences would be too severe for me to bear..

Her husband is calling me and telling me everything, wanting to meet up and all.. he is a little depressed so I am worried that he would do something silly.. but my fiance prefers that i stay out of it.. how do i tell him? how should i handle the situation? should i talk to my friend too? I dunno what to do.

This is family land divided in 2 different sides - The O's and the C's. At one time, this was one family. The property has been passed down to children and grandchildren. The O side built a gravel road (private) to divide each side. This is the only road developed (on O servitude) for the C's side to get to their homes - permission granted. Of course, each year, we put up monies to keep the road up, where others do not. Over the years the O's has sold their property and homes to people outside the family. They allow usufruct to THOSE people to get to their homes. OK, I want to sell my home now. What the O's are telling me is that they will not allow the new owners usufruct to their property? IS THIS LEGAL?? When my husband and I retrieved our map for the C side (surveyed) their is a 30' servitude, but NO road developed. Please help me with the legalities of this issue.

We have tried numerous ways, hair removal cream and using Nads Waxing kit. But we have been unsuccessful. The waxing gets the best results, but there are still trouble hairs that will not come out for anything no matter what we try. The hair STILL remains and it grows back within a week or so, even though it states it lasts around 4 weeks.

Furthermore, she does NOT wish to go to a beauty salon as she is very uncomfortable with the idea. Also, we do not have lots of money to spend on expensive treatments such as lasers or anything like that.

So what do you guys recommend?

My first shower was not a good experience. At that time, we were living with the in-laws, and my mother in law said, I'm not suppose to plan it myself. And I waited all 9 months and no one threw me a shower. So the day before labor, she was hosting a party for her cousin's 1 year old boy and decided to throw my shower in. Nobody knew they were coming to a shower. So I didnt have a good experience. This time, I want to throw my own, but she is telling me the same thing. And my sis in law is insisting to host it. My family is coming to visit for father's day and I want the shower when they come, but the place is booked. If I dont have it where my sis in law wants it, she's not going to host. Should I have the shower on father's day when everyone and everything is available? or do 2 showers. One with my fam when they come then one at the hall with the sis later?

I have my social security number stored in my phone ...

along with school pin numbers that i need to remember ...

along with 10 - 15 restaurants lol

ohhh .. and i have a local radio station's phone number stored also ( so that i can call them quickly when there asking for a certain caller number )
