Why are there some people who don't know when the piss is being taken out of them? How can they be that stupid.

i was wondering did you mean in normal everyday situations or in the q and Answers. I do agree that this is where some bullying starts, when people take things a bit on the serious side when its obviously a bit of fun. Must be just in their personality trait.
