In this country, the only people that are poor are the ones that choose to be poor. I am not saying that someone wakes up in the morning and wants to be poor. I am saying that people make decisions in their lives that lead them down that road. Study for school or party? Work or party? Do drugs or find a job? I do not believe that today in this country, there is not an excuse for anyone to be poor. Please do not bore me with the disabled and handicapped, they should be taken care of by their families.

2 of my buddies(both age early 40s)got retrenched 3-4 months ago.They all hv kids and families.What was so appalling is that when they replied an ad inthe papers for a job.All 17 companies hvhad either said a)they were too old for the job ,b)we will call u if u r selected.c)sorry the post has been taken once my friend relvealed his age.Base on the posts and job they went for interviewed they were not choosy at all.Are we the sort that we can be taxi drivers once we are over 40?

I have a better idea.
Why don't you study all major religions in this world, Christian, Islam, Judaism, Buddhism and Hinduism and after that choose which religious teaching can convince you that God actually exist and there is actually heaven and hell.

does anyone honestly believe they can read something that convinces them there is a God.......is no one willing to do the footwork anymore? is this a reflection of our fastfood mentality?

I have an angel fish in my tropical fish tank and it is dominating all of my other fish and wont let me add new fish. Its only about 20 weeks old and it lives happerly with the fish it has had all its life. It only attacks my other fish once or twice. It wont even let me add another angel fish iv tred and it killed it within 5 houres. I also added a dworf puffer and it atacked it but its still alive but its hiding. Iv got one of thoes nets that you put bad fish in but he/she gets extremly upset and it might get to stresed.

My husband and I got a divorce,and since then we tried to work things out and we got back together for awhile but it didn't work.we both have been dating someone new for 6 months now.We still talk and spend time with each other from time to time, and still love each other but cant seem to work out our differences because when we try to talk about it, it brings back the hurtful memories . Is it a good thing to still be close or should we just cut all ties and try to move on? I'm so confused and so much still in love with him,that part of me wants him back no matter what the problems are and the other part of me says we will never be able to get through our differences. What should I do I'm so confused but still so much in love????
