In Pokemon Diamond and Pearl, can I trade my Mewtwo from FireRed onto on Diamond version?

You need to get your national dex and then head to Pal Park. Once there you need to save, shut off your system and go to the main menu on your diamond game and choose migrate from fire red and you can transfer up to six pokemon into your Diamond to the park. (You have to capture them, but the balls you use have a 100% capture rate).

yeh think so but you need to colect somthing but im not shure what yet enayway
