Is this like a pun? or......what is this called?

"Citizenship is a privilege, not a right"
"Citizenship is a right, not a privilege"

The words privilege and right have been swiched, yet all other words remain the same, giving two meanings to this sentance, like a role reversal.

But what technique is it formally called?

I have a MacBook Pro and a PC Notebook connected to a WiFi network. The MacBook Pro drops the connection periodically as the AirPort icon shows no connection. When I click the icon it shows a list of 2-3 wireless signals, one of which is my network but it is unchecked. Selecting the network again reconnects the computer.

Previously I had an iMac which never lost connection.
The PC does not have this problem.
Does not change if the PC is powered on or off.

I tried changing the AirPort settings from "By Default join: > Automatic" to " > Preferred Networks" but that did not solve the problem.

The connection loss does not correspond to screensavers, idleness, or logging out. It can occur while actively using a browser.

I have a family member who belongs to a well known web site where they enter daily journals. They do not have a restriction, where only a few friends can read, but it is an open file and all you have to do is type in a name and the journal comes up. Ironically, their file caption states, "My life is an open book". I recently typed in their name and found some things written in anger about my family and shared it with my husband. Now I'm being accused of breaking the law and invading privacy, when just anyone could type in a name and read it. Am I in trouble for this?

ive always been afraid of getting children. I love to travel, go outside. i am hyperactive and have a lot of hobbies. I have a perminant dent in my skin on my stomache thats visible mostly wen i sit down and in light . Its from wearing my school skirt too tight as there ment to be worn on the waist but i wore mine on my hips. (ive stopped wearing the skirt) How can i remove it? Will it go away over time?

I can find pure amonia, without perfumes, dyes, etc. All of the clear amonia I can find has had at least a small amount of surfactant added to it. Anybody know if this is a problem? I have a skimmer... will that take care of any surfactant effect?

I have too many video (movie) files in my computer. If I reinstall the computer, I have to copy all the video files in CD otherwise all video files will go away. Is there any way to save them within the hard-disk? They should not be deleted during reinstallation.

I bought 2 baby Columbian Shark Catfish the other day and put them into a 40 gallon freshwater tank. They are about 5 inches long. And i feed them tubifex worms and fish pellets.
But they just don’t seem to be eating!
Why don’t they eat?
Or do they prefer eating something else?
How often should i feed them?
Does the water have to be a bit salty for them to survive?
If i do add salt, will the submersible filter malfunction?
What other fish could live with these 2 baby shark catfish?

Answers to my questions will be very much appreciated. Thanx...

I can't stand watching that woman. Political views aside, she has super high cheek bones with scarily deep eye sockets and she is so classless, rude, and uneducated of common sense. Even in her glamour shot I would not want to get near the picture of ugliness.
