how chillispot support wifi hotspot??

well it is wifi management software. To quote from the projects home page.

"ChilliSpot is an open source captive portal or wireless LAN access point controller. It is used for authenticating users of a wireless LAN. It supports web based login which is today's standard for public HotSpots. Authentication, authorization and accounting (AAA) is handled by your favorite radius server."

It just gives you front end control for your hot spot. There are many other ways to do this. Some wireless gateways even provide a similar interface.

It just assures users on the system belong on the system.
