Why should people of normal weight pay to subsidize overweight people? Don't they also make the plane use more fuel which is bad for the environment? You have to pay for baggage of excess weight--why shouldn't you have to pay if you're overweight as well? Wouldn't it be an incentive for people to lose some weight too, and therefore good for public health in general? (I don't mean pregnant women by the way--they could carry a medical cert which would excuse them from being charged extra.) What do you think?

I've only just started using oil paints as we are using them this semester at college. We are using oil paint all term so it would be nice if i could enjoy using them, it just makes painting a chore with all the cleaning and waiting for dry. I was wondering if anyone had any techniques they use or just any helpful hints in general would be great..just any handy hints please :).

at my old house, in central ky, there was a vine growing like wild in my yard. the blooms were five petaled, white, and very fragrant. very much like jasmine. it was climbing in trees and along fences. (wish i had taken a start when i moved). does anyone know what this may have been, as i would love to have some more.

Every night when am ready to sleep on my bed i just muse about weird things & i keep thinking of it till get sleep.
Last week i was just thinking that would invent a torch kind of thing which when switched on would give a black light kind of ray & would make things invisible when pointed on it. Exactly the vise versa of a normal torch. One can see things only when light falls on it & makes it visible to us.So if would inventa toech like this i would become famous.
Later when i was thinking about this matter i got to know that the only way to invent this is by putting a black hole in my torch & as soon as i switch it on it makes things invisible in front of me. However i know that the black hole does not emit any kind of rays but this was the only thought that came to my mind for its invention. After thinking so much i went to sleep.I know whatever i though was above my ken and impossible.
I still keep thinking of many weird things every night before i sleep.
Did you like my imagination?

I'm currently 15 years old, 225Lbs and 5'9 5'10 ish, I don't look all that fat, I have a gut too me, but its not that big, I look somewhat kinda just chubby, but barely, but I have man boobs, slightly, very small, kinda only just a bump, not an actually ''boob'' there not too big, and my nipples arent pointy, Its really hurting my self esteem, and my self image, lack of confidence, everything, Is my 225 muscle & fat combined & how do I get rid of my chest fat? Can I still get skinny if my man boobs and weight gain is genetic or puberty? How long would it take to get rid of this! the man boobs I mean! How long would it wake to get rid of them, and make my chest flat, like, my boob area flat.

(this excludes ESL learners--English is a difficult language to learn as a second language.)

Please, polite and helpful repsonses only. I don't mean to incite a riot or receive a barrage of personal insults here. I shouldn't have to ask this, but some people here have aggression issues. Anyway...

Why do people seem to think that the minute they're on the Internet, the basic rules of English do not apply anymore? I am not referring to text speak exclusively. How is online communication supposed to be more simple and efficient if I cannot understand what people are trying to say because they cannot form a complete, logical sentence? Why bother to install "spell check" in any software when most people don't use it?

Forgive me if I'm exagerrating with "most people"--I think the problem bothers me so much that even if a minority of users feel like they can pee all over the English language, to me, it feels like "most people" are writing this way.
