At Psalm 74:13, 14, God is said to be breaking the heads of the sea serpent and feeding the meat to the people. Wording varies from translation to translation, but the essence is there. Leviathan, sea serpent, sea monster... They are mentioned at Job 26:13 and Psalm 104 as well.

Usually, Christians will react to the description of the sea monster as being the issue... Did such a beast exist? Maybe multiple creatures account for multiple heads? But it's not just about whether there ever existed such a creature...

The substance of this is a picture of the deity battling the many-headed sea monster, which parallels the account of the god Marduk doing the same thing. There's no Hebrew religion - related reason why Jehovah/Yahweh would be battling sea creatures. It seems to be evidence of infiltration of the mythology of other societies into the text of the Bible.

So now that we have decided to get a divorce due to my husbands infidelity...it seem like now more than ever i want to have sex bad...i always have before too but he would always push me away...i know im not going to do anything bad but im just frustrated cause even though i have all these bad thoughts of him being with someone else i still want sex...what can i do?

The losers are rioting in France. When lefties lost here in 2000 and 2004, they blamed fraud, Diebold, 'voter intimidation,' etc and the media calls the winner 'divisive.' When they lost in Mexico they rioted for a month. Now they are doing the same in France. This reaction reminds me of when my toddler throws a fit on the floor if he doesn’t win at a board game. Do they just think that power is their birthright, and if they don't get it there must be some other explanation than that the people don't want them? Why do you think lefties are such poor losers?

this is not a dig, but: i was reading what the signs of fascism are, and (surprise surprise)- massive patriotism, mass propoganda having the nations flag everywhere, mass rasism, attacking countries for monetry gain. All of this is found in America, i know they don't have a dictator- but maybe not too far away.

I dont want a massive gang mobbing of silly hicks i would prefer a nice debate.

i know that people have there own oppinions like my mates hate them but i love them
I bet that most of you who hate them dont even listen to the ture lyrics and maybe if you read the articals maybe you would know that there not posers And maybe all of you slagging them off isn't doing them very good you know like every band they want to make it to the top and yes i know that there will be people slagging them off but Give them a chance. The managers of the restaurant I work at are asking one of my fellow employees to pay back $100 that went missing from the register on Saturday. There were 4 different people using the cash drawer over the course of the day, so there is no way to say who was running the register when it was missing, or what happened.

I know that laws are very different in each state. I live in Michigan. Can any of you direct me to a site that explains the laws involved here? Is it illegal to ask her to pay the difference out of her own pocket? I think this is very unfair.
