My mom and her dad (my grandad) fall out alot.. and this time it was a big argument.. and my dad told me i could never talk to my grandad or nan again.. we live far away so it's impossible to see them.. but i've been told to cut off contact all together.. i've said he is my grandad so it should be up to me, but he hurt my mom really bad.. and i don't want to hurt her more by going behind her back and talking to them.. you may say that it will blow over but it has happened so many times for months on end, and this has been the final one as she has asked to be removed from his will and changed our number. It just doesn't seem fair.

1) I got a glimpse into the emotion behind the art.

2) A friend of the family had given my dad “Frida” when it first came out, but I had never seen it.

3) Before watching “Frida” I knew nearly nothing about her.

4) I learned a lot about how America handles conflict on the Mexican border and was glad I watched it.

5) While America can’t let an unlimited amount of people in, we still need to have compassion for the people and what they go though.

6) I found this movie both enjoyable and interesting

7) While this is occurring the lawyer’s family is having a crisis in Mexico and wanting to move to the US.

8)The lawyer’s father was convicted of stealing food for his family and was unable to move to the US legally.

i have a huge scars on my legs from a wreck i had in 2002.
its really bugging me because it is so visible and people will always ask what happened.
its very hard to talk about so i want the scars gone...

Oh my god, I cant breath, I dont know were to start, I dont know if I am taking things to far, I dont what to do?

Last night I spent the night at a friends house, its safe there, her family is Christian,
well, My stepdad texted me at about 12:30 in the morning, and he said things like, "I am so happy to be your dad"
"I love you very much"
And this was unusual, it's like he was sissying up for something he did.
Well, I got home this morning, decided not to go to church, well, this girl named Bonnie, (12)
said that my stepdad was WAISTED, he even admitted he had one to many beers, my sister told bonnie that he was acting strange, He kept giving my Sister Britni Slobbery kisses on the scalp, and said things like "I ove you, I am sooo happy to be your dad"
and he kept giving her slobbery kisses alot, like 1 every 5 minutes, Well, my they let me get a puppy of my own about a year ago, she still is not fully potty trained, which I do regret,

I understand the key to the "6-pack" is Low Body Fat%. I already accomplished a single digit body fat %. I still have an Abdominal and Oblique day in my workout routine (I know its redundant, but it sounds better than "ab day").

I was always under the impression abdominals were of the slow twich fiber group. Recently someone told me otherwise, I don't know why I suddenly trust this guy, but anyway...

Would 20 reps, be a waste of time? Compared to 15 reps, considering this new revelation?
