Not unless they are calling to say, "Hello, may I get room service?" or, "Hello, may I borrow some money?" or, the ever popular in Vegas -- "Hello, how much do you charge by the hour for your 'services'?"

The only person who ever called me from Vegas wanted me to wire him " a couple of hundred dollars for gas to get home". He was driving a Fiat and lived in Phoenix.
