I'm not overweight, but I have a high body fat percentage, and I'd really like to tone up. I started running at 5mph for 30-45 minutes 6 days a week; will that help? Here are the questions I want answered:

Osama bin Laden has a heart attack and dies. He immediately goes to hell, where the devil is waiting for him.
"I don`t know what to do here," the devil says. "You`re on my list, but I have no room for you. But you definitely have to stay here, so I`ll tell you what I`m going to do: I`ve got a couple of people here who weren`t quite as bad as you. I`ll let one of them go, but you have to take their place. I`ll even let YOU decide who leaves."
Osama thought that sounded pretty good, so the devil led him into the first room.
In it was Manuel Noriega and a large pool of water. He kept diving in and surfacing empty-handed. Over and over and over. Such was his fate in hell.
"No," bin Laden said, "I don`t think so. I`m not a good swimmer and I don`t think I could do that all day long."
So the devil led him to the next room. In it was the Ayatollah Khomeini with a sledgehammer and a huge pile of rocks. All he did was swing that hammer, time after time after time.
"No, I`ve got this problem with my shoulder. I`d be in constant agony if all I did was break rocks all day," Laden commented.
So the devil opened a third door. In it, bin Laden saw Bill Clinton, lying on the floor with his arms staked over his head and his legs staked in a spread-eagle pose. Bent over him was his girl Monica, doing what she does best. Osama bin Laden stared in disbelief and finally said, "Yeah, I can handle this."
The devil smiled and said, "OK, Monica, you`re free to go."

I messed up on my diet tonight and I purged. This is the first time I've ever made myself throw up. I barely got anything up other than water. And my face was beat red for over an hour, it's been a few hours now and my face is still red. And I have red spots all over my neck and my chest, some on my face too but not as bad.

Are these spots gonna go away anytime soon?

The runner on first doesn't attempt to advance and is tagged by the first baseman. The first baseman then steps on first base for the force out. Is it a double play?

I know that if he would have tagged the base then the runner it would have just been a force at first.

Alright. I have been in colorguard for 4 years and next year will be my 5th. This is also my third highschool and third marching band. I came into this school and realized they didnt want to learn. I dont show off and i dont pretend that i dont know what im doing. But there is a considerable ammount of jealousy going on, for pete sake i have my captain talking about me every chance she gets. Next year will be my senior year... After crying after practicly every football game because of how i was treated i dont know if i can go back. But i dont think i can let it go. To give you some idea. I went from being in a guard that went to state, to a guard that cant do dropspins together. There is no leadership from my current captain who is my age. So my question is. Should i do this next year and be miserable or not. There is also a small option of a independent winterguard but i havent checked. Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks
