How do I close a business letter if I wanted to put 2 anmes at the bottom? EX: Sincerely,John Doe President and Doe John Sales Rep. Then JD,DJ/aa Would I put them side by side, or one under the other????

On the left hand side of the page put:

John Doe
President

Directly across from it on the right hand side put the other name:

John Doe
Sales Representative

Between Sincerely, and the name make sure to leave 3 spaces so that the individual would have enough room to sign their name.
