1. hey guys I do runing for 1hr, I burn 500 calories, and then I start working out it takes about 1 more hr to finish, if u gain more muscles is ur body will burn more calories?

performing that much cardio before resistance training will impede growth. you should perform the majority of cardio after weight training. the body only has a limited supply of muscle glycogen available. if that is depleted before resistance training then you will not have sufficient energy for a high intensity training session

Yes, i recommend that if you are training in this method, that you cycle your workouts

mon-weights
tues- running
etc,
This is because your muscles only have a certain amount of energy (glycogen) and after about 40-1hr, they run out of this energy and start to eat themselves in order to get this energy.
To answer your question, yes it does, for every lb of muscle you have, you will burn about another 50 cals extra per day, so if you gain 10 lbs of muscle, it is vital to increase oyur calorie intake by 500 to maintain this.

Yes. Increasing muscle mass will burn more calories on a 24 hour per day basis. This is why weightlifting is actually more effective than cardio.
