Wal Mart............I went into the line where the cashier was this 70 yr old mean *ss woman. Well, they price match other adds and this lady argued with me on every price I was trying to match. I would tell her Pepsi was a dollar at Target and she would say no it isn't.............So I would have to bust out the ad and show her. She did this for about 20 items. And when I went to grab my bags she yelled at me not to move the turnstyle that holds the bags. Because she was not done loading my groceries yet.
I had it...........I yelled at her. "Now listen you ornery old hag" I don't know what your problem is but you need to lighten the hell up and maybe find a different job"........Well, needless to say............I was escorted out of the store. But the manager did track me down and apologize because a couple of people came forward and backed me up.

Where do I begin ?I'm surprised you didn't get 1000 answers already! I returned an electric guitar once to a store because it was defective for more than one reason .And they told me the owner has to look at it first and they would call me .The guy calls me and tells me that they won't take it back because it's not defective (B.S).and that it was filthy when I brought it back.(B.S)My mom saw me clean that thing with fender guitar polish before I packed it up; it was spotless. And if he did accept the return they wanted to charge me a restocking fee of 25% (on defective stuff???)So this kind of crap went on for a while and then he insulted me,(Thank you, god) so then I let him have it. I must have bitched that f ucker out for like half an hour on the phone (he's lucky I didn't send him a bill for my time) finally he agreed to send it out to the manufacturer and he had the balls to tell me that only one of the defects I had complained about was true (B.S.) They sent a new one .He had said previously that the return policy was clearly posted in the store but it was printed out in a way that made it difficult to see and was partially obscured by the merchandise.Where was the new one ? At the cash like i said it should be , conveniently hidden underneath a big pile of catalogs. What an a sshole ! I hope he rots in hell! btw > this was a radio shack dealership (yeah I know DUHH!!!) I told everyone I knew and they went out of business a short time later.

AT & T internet tech support----HELLO, welcome to INDIA---I am a very nice person---very knowledgeable in computer language, HOWEVER, my use of the English language is very limited and I cannot EXPLAIN myself well... please call back tomorrow when my friend sitting next to me will be able to take your call.".. now that's not what I really got, but that is how I felt when I called tech support--doesn't ANY internet service have AMERICAN TECH SUPPORT???? I have NOTHING at all against the beautiful people of India or any other country for that matter, but when you are dealing with something as technical as a computer problem, then you'd THINK you could understand what the tech support people were telling you----it's hard enough to understand techical computer talk but then to toss in a foreign accent as well??? And of COURSE they get totally offended when you tell them you cannot understand what they are telling you....so you call maybe 4 or 5 more times hoping for an American accent , go through 20 minutes of those beautiful sounds...."PRESS ONE FOR this and PRESS TWO for that.... and then get put on hold only to get another tech support person born and raised and LIVING in India....when all you want is someone you can actually understand when they speak.... Hey I know internet servers are using foreign tech support to save money but they are really screwing around with their customers... I finally gave up the dialup for good old TIME WARNER CABLE internet and have had no trouble with it except once and I called, was on hold for all of 30 seconds and a nice friendly American answered the phone and I could clearly understand every word he said....

Recently it was the pharmacy at Wal-Mart. Bad service, acted like they didn't care if I got my medicine or not, long waits for meds and the last, went back 3 times to pick-up a med. was told again and raise some hell because I had been told that 2 x's before. Finally someone began checking and they had a note on my chart that the medication wasn't being distributed anymore. If I hadn't said anything, I would have made another trip to the pharmacy. I have now changed pharmacies.

uhg...Wal-Mart:
Okay during the-day-after-Thanksgiving- Christmas shopping, my dad and me went out looking for a TMX, yes a Tickle Me Elmo...for my nephew. Okay so we got there at like 3 am and there ad said they would have some, fought through a crowd to the toy section, to find a riot of pi$$ed off people, only to find they wouldn't have any, at all. So we went to customer service. They said they would be getting anymore cause, uh ,uh the company won't send us anymore. All this BS, they actually held them all back for employees. So we went back to electronics to get these nice T.V's they had on sale. Okay so the crowd was hetic! So my dad grabbed a box before anyone else, and the box was pretty big, so we set it down, and he put me on top, so no one would take it, I got to sit above everyone else, and watch the crown kill each other over T.V's. It was hilarious. So after about 10 minutes, this guy tried to pull me off the box, when Wal-Mart employees came over and stopped him. Since they had been laughing at what I was doing, then security said that they couldn't sell us the T.V since it was still on sales floor, and we had to deal with the @$$holes at customer service for an hour(them saying it was holding back sales, or guarding merchandise...something like that..), we ended up getting it, and I always remember that day. =D

Firestone Tire. I drove over a nail and got a flat tire. Since i had purchased my tires from Firestone and had a road hazard warrantee from them, I called them to ask what time they closed. They told me 9pm. So i used a pump to fill my tire and headed there since it was almost 8pm. I passed two other open tire places along the way, and had to stop once more to fill my tire. I arrived at Firetone at 8:30 and went inside. No one was at the counter but I could see four guys standing in the shop just hanging out and talking. After about 5 minutes of standing there, one of them came out and said "yea?" I told them about my problem and was told "Sorry, we don't take in new business afer 7pm" I told the that I had just called and was told 9pm. They said yes they do close at 9 but won't start anything new after 7. They wouldn't even reinflate my tire again so that I could drive to another shop so I got everything out to change to my donut spare in their parking lot. While doing so, i guess it got to be 9 and they tuned all the building and parking lot light off and left me there alone in the dark.

I went in to Bank of America to ask why my checks were bouncing although we had deposited a $10,000 check the week before. The bank manager looked at the receipt we had and called the branch the deposit was made at. They told her that they knew the check had gone in but they were not sure which account they had put it in. They said until they find out we could not have our money and in the meantime when the checks I am writing bounce they were going to charge a $25 fee for each one.

I think that the worst customer service that I have received is from Bank of America. I am not one of their customers, but I work with frequently through my job. We have to use the same customer service number that their customers use and they are ridiculous. No one can help you, they transfer you around and around until you just get frustrated and hang up. Instead of transferring you to the department that they told you to go to, they transfer you back to the beginning of their automated system to start over and get another person who cant help you. Its crazy and they really need to get that together because it looks as of they are buying banks...LaSalle, and MBNA out of Canada. And they are going to lose a lot of customers because of their poor customer service.

One of the other custonmers was a fat bald guy who acted like he had never heard the word technology. Every time the sales guy mentioned a feature like mp3, he had to ask what it ment! Ughhhhhhhhh! some people!

A Sprint store in OK. I dropped my phone off the balcony (don't ask) I took it to the sprint store. I had insurance. The lady said they didn't have my phone in stock but would express mail it. I got the phone 2 days later, but without a battery. I went to the store again "We don't have that battery in stock but I'll express mail it to you" 3 days later no battery. I called the store. "Sorry ma'am, I'll personally express mail that today" 2 days later battery came, wrong size. Go to the store again, Still not in stock. "I'll order the battery and mail it to you ASAP". 3 days later no battery. "Ma'am I am so sorry, we'll get that in tomorrow". I FINALLY got my battery.
To give Sprint credit I did receive 200 extra free minutes, a new travel charger and a new car charger, both of which I already had.
