We got a call from my husband's 13 year old son last night. It seems his mother is about to go to jail for her 3rd or 4th DUI in recent years. She has been doing everything in her power for years to keep the boy away from his father. He wants to come live with us. We live in Texas, she lives in Indiana, and we can't afford a lawyer in either state!! The mom wants to send our son to Florida to live with her mother, but I think my husband should have first priority and concideration, not to mention my son's wishes. We are calling CPS in Indiana, and child support, but how can we get into court without a lawyer, and from this distance? And how do we do it fast?

i know there are some of you out there that has had this happen to you... you find out a year later that your man or girl friend was a H.O.E. that they tried to sleep with any and everything when they were younger... what would you do how would you feel to find this out... that you could one day walk past someone they slept with... or you could be working with someone they slept with... how would you feel??? and would the relationship end??? or could you work threw it...

Lets say you met a guy that is your other half~
and you love spending time with him and after a week or 2 you found out something about him,something that you absolutely hate in a guy (but its not that big deal)
its just that you would prefer a guy not to have that quality that you actually hate!!!

I feel so bad. I have a 5 year old and a 2 year old. The 2 yr. old is always getting hurt. He banged his head on a coffee table(I was standing right there) and had to get stiches. Then the two boys were wrestling over a bowl- I don't know if the 5 year old hit him with the bowl or if it was an accident but the 2 year old ended up with a huge gash over his eyebrow that required 6 stiches. I feel so bad. My 5 year old never got hurt this much. Do I just lock the 2 year old in a bubble until he's 21???

My husband left me cause of his lack of trust in me. He said I cheated him because I carpooled with my male co-worker to a training job site. I have never cheated on my husband. I was (am) in love with him and I do not understand why he did not trust me. He said I am sneaky. If he wants to come back how do I gain his trust? And how do I get him to go to counseling for his abusive behavior?
