i have friend who broke up with someone but has trouble moving on. It has been 4 months since break-up and she can't stop thinking about him (she is 16 yrs old) and keeps thinking its her fault ( it wasn't). My only advice was to go with out someone else and they will treat her better and she will forget assuming she gave time but someone asked her out and it has been only 2 days and she worries it won't go well cause of feeling toward the ex (she tries to ignore new bf) so yea my advice won't work. The boy she went with was a very nice,caring person but later changed to a druggy, show-off, idiot (i know b/c he and i were friends until i became a friend an enemy of his which i never knew until later). What can i do or say to her to help her move cause she is doing poorly in life which i'm starting to worry and going out back with him is not an option (he already moved, likes a girl, and all his friends hate her)?

I like country music and the culture. In LA, we have one country music station. In all of Southern CA, only 3. I can count on one hand how many night clubs play country here. Out of those, only one plays it every night. Which state plays the most country music on the radio, in malls and in night clubs/taverns? I want to move there. Help will be appreciated.

I've heard that it makes a difference whether you do cardio first, or weight/regular exercises and such first. Is that true? And if I'm looking to lose weight and build muscle, which should I do first? Also, any suggestions for a good way to get amazing abs by early June?

I have been told that NC is not a community property state and a creditor cannot lien or levy on joint property? Does anyone have experience with this. However, on lawguru.com I had a reponse to a question and he said that if you are sent a notice of right to exemptions and do not respond, then a sheriff can come take your personal property. Is this true? What is exempt in NC?

An ex ripped me off for $20,000, and he said that if I sue him, he will send nude photos of me that he took while we were dating to my pastor, my family, my coworkers, etc. When I asked him to send them to me, he refused, so I'm pretty sure he is bluffing, but still..this guy is a psychopath and he will make my life difficult. In my state, you can't even get a restraining order unless someone PHYSICALLY puts their hands on you, which he has not. I would love to scare him with the real FACTS about what happens to you when you try to blackmail someone...anyone have any good legal material & knowhow?
(people...if you are single, stay that way!)
Basically, I am ready to sue this guy for the money but I have no idea what to do about the blackmail...$20,000 is a lot of money, but I'm sure that's how much therapy will cost when this guy makes me crazy.

About a century or two ago, the Pope decided that all the Chinese had to leave Italy.

Naturally there was a big uproar from the Chinese community.

So the Pope made a deal. He would have a religious debate with a member of the Chinese community.

If the Chinese win, they could stay. If the Pope wins, the Chinese would leave.

The Chinese realised that they had no other choice. So they picked a middle-aged man named Ah Pek to represent them.

Ah Pek asked for one condition to be added to the debate. "To make it more interesting", he said, "Neither side would be allowed to talk".

The Pope agreed. The day of the great debate came.

Ah Pek and the Pope sat opposite each other for a full minute.

Then the Pope raised his hand and showed three fingers.

Ah Pek looked back at him and raised one finger.

The Pope waved his fingers in a circle around his head.

Ah Pek pointed to the ground at where he sat.

The Pope pulled out a loaf and a glass of wine.

Ah Pek pulled out an apple.

The Pope stood up and said:" I give up. This man is too good. The Chinese can stay."

An hour later, the cardinals were all around The Pope asking him what happened?

The Pope said, "First I held up three fingers to represent the holy trinity.

He responded by holding up one finger to remind me that there was still one God common to both our religious."

"Then I waved my finger around me to show him that God was all around us."

"He responded by pointing to the ground and showing that God was also right here with us."

"I pulled out the wine and loaf to show that God absolves all sin. He showed me an apple to remind us of the original sin. He had an answer for everything. What could I do?"

Meanwhile, the Chinese community had crowded around Ah Pek.

"What happened?" they asked.

"Well," said Ah Pek,"First he indicated to me that all Chinese had 3 days to get out of here.

I replied to him f*#k off and none of us was leaving."

"Then he pointed that this whole city would be cleared of Chinese."

"I showed him that we are staying right here."

"Yes, and then???" asked the crowd.

"I don't know", said Ah Pek,"He took out his lunch, and I took out mine!!!"
